9st 8 (half on at WW) Well this is a turn up for the books, and as usual I can think of three possible reasons, one of which I easily like the best and so is likely to be the one I should avoid at all costs! And it's this - I ate more than usual this week... I absolutely was expecting a gain because of it. My intake on here was still less than expenditure, for the most part anyway, but for my WW points I was at my maintenance limit every day. Maybe I wasn't eating enough? But my understanding of this would really be at a much lower calorie level than I'm usually clocking, which is why, tempting tho it is,I view the idea with some suspicion. I don't know, what do you guys think? Alternative and probably more likely theories are the plod factor: sticking with it and it bearing fruit in the end, or perhaps since (very unusually for me) I seem to be coming down with a sore throat (all the overtime I've been doing probably worn my defences down a bit) and so my body's been more active in fighting that. But whatever the reason, I'm glad of it, it's an encouragement that I really needed. I just hope I can maintain it now!
