It won't be a failure. You live and learn. My temptations come during the week if I'm out with my husband. Weekends are easy because he's at his other job and I'm at home. I don't keep junk in the house. Just a thought.

Thanks for your comment, it helps to keep me motivated when someone takes the trouble to say something :-)
Because I am the only one watching what I eat temptation is never to far away but I am being strong and feeling very proud of my efforts

You will do great. If you feel like you really need to cheat, just take a taste--a little one. Then head to "your food." LOL. That may help. I'm trying to keep busy. So far, I've only had a yogurt today because I'm not hungry. It's not that I'm starving or cutting meals, it's just that I cheated yesterday and I'm not hungry, at all. I'm headed to my sisters and if we do stop to eat, it will probably be a chicken salad. I know I will need protein. Come to think of it, I'm going to take celery with peanut butter on it with me. Healthy and added protein.

That sounds like a good plan Jillzee00.
I guess it's all about planning ahead and making sure that you don't get hungry when you haven't got something to hand that is 'allowed'.
I can't exercise at the moment so I am having to be extra careful as I am not burning that many calories.
I am also starting to understand that I need to make sure that I am really hungry and not what I call 'nice hungry' that's is when I am fed up (or feel I deserve a treat) and think I could cheer myself up with an Indulgence of something nice to eat.
I have to learn to listen to what my body is really saying lol
