I'm in disbelieve; finally at 200. I haven't seen that number in AGES!!! DH too dropped at 205. It was a long road to get there for both of us. Exercise sure helped. Yesterday we went bowling. Buying our treadmill was a life saver. It is being used daily. So guess what? It can be done and we're the living proof of it
