It's a small drop, and perhaps largely incidental, but since the trend has been so much in the other direction- unfortunately- it is a relief to be able to record something different. Currently I am mindful of the fact that I am not actually hungry, but I feel empty and I am used to feeding that empty feeling with food. So far I am not giving in to the drive to do that, but I hope that it doesn't remain this way for long. I have poor endurance.
