Disappointed really… but can’t say I’m surprised. I haven’t been watching what I eat for the past few weeks and routine totally out of whack, I guess it’s taken a couple of weeks to catch up with me. Kids back at school now though so hopefully can get back into some sort of routine and start tracking again.
