I lavishly ate for 3 days without property counting my calories, I think I also didn't consume sufficient protein, and I gained 2 kg after that ! I thought it was just waste inside me but it wasn't
what's your opinion about it, the instant weight gain was muscle mass or just accumulated fat 🤔
