Very surprised by this result as I’ve not been particularly mindful about eating well the past couple of weeks, haven’t been sleeping enough and have been doing no exercise! So on one hand its great! But on the other hand, I’m clearly losing muscle which is not so great, and i also can’t SEE what the scales are showing me so find it hard to believe! 🙈
