Has been a week on 16/8 fast...lost 5lbs which hopefully keep losing, goal get down to 200lbs. Hopefully, I can get out of diabetic range and get my cholestrol down.
102.7 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 12.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
