Old scales have completely dissintigrated so the new ones make me much lighter.Don't know which are/were right but it makes a bit of a mockery as I couldn't possibly lose that much so quickly. Will carry on using the new ones now and see what happens
102.6 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
