So I am changing my diet a bit. Earlier it was heavily dependent on pulses. With it, I took fruits and veggies.
Now I am shifting the gear and making it majorly dependent on fruits, nuts, veggies and dairy. Two reasons to do so. 1) it takes less time to prepare. 2) I have hit a weight loss pleatue.
