Had a terrible day yesterday which ended with me nearly burning the house down because I was too tired to cook. Ordered in rather than not eat at all it just pick at snacks. I shan't worry too much about it, but I'll make a bit of an attempt to stay at around 1400 a day rather than my 1600 allowance just to sort of make up for it. I'm not sure calorie banking is a thing any more, but it seemed to work last time I lost weight and the nutritionist I was seeing at the time didn't say it was a bad thing so, I guess, it's okay. Just dropping this here to keep myself accountable
