I haven't been able to exercise like I want to. Tweaked my ankle a couple of days ago and it really has slowed me down. Managed to use the resistance bands yesterday and today--they don't require walking!! Maybe some additional rest this weekend and I'll get back on track.
91.5 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg.    Still to go: 25.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
