Very pleased with that loss. On my 2nd day away from home I wondered, as I performed acrobatics trying to stop myself from falling as I aquaplaned across the shiny kitchen floor tiles, if that was how sliders had got their name? *note to self: wet slides and shiny floors don't mix!The pain was intense and instant, genuinely thought I'd slipped a disc (again). 1 week on, it's still very sore but nowhere near as bad as first thought. Exercise has just been gentle stretching and short walks, so thought the scales were not going to be in my favour, very happy to be proved wrong. So, best (dry) foot forwards this week!
