Yes. Water, it has to be. I gave up adding salt while cooking. I sprinkle some later on like it is supposed to be so as to not destroy its nutrient quality, namely, iodine. That is why it is called table-salt! This reduces the amount, significantly. All the best. I breached 77 kgs, today! So, all the best of luck to EVERYONE!
