Back today after a week in Italy with pizza, pasta, gelato and other junk like chips, crisps, biscuits etc! So all in all, not a bad result! Problem is I only have 12 days before another holiday (not a usual occurrence)! Also with school holidays the kids are around so not as much chance to exercise! Wish me luck!
