I'm holding at my current weight, but that's a victory for me right now. I'm not in the mindset to tell myself no right now. I DID however make a good choice.

I wanted something from Dairy Queen. Staying away from sugar lately but this would blow that. So I thought about not doing it and I started feeling sorry for myself thinking I was going to go without. Cravings make me crazy so I would have been really distracted thinking about that ice cream. I was able to stop mid craving and instead, I went to the gas station and bought a small packet of dark chocolate covered dried fruit and a larabar (not sure if it was exactly that brand, but along those lines) a water and a pack of gum. I took all those things to make me not feel pitiful, but it was a better choice. So I fed my craving and didn't blow my progress. I'm happy with that.
61.7 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
