Started with 81 Kg and 30% body fat
I have Lost 2.2 Kg in last 2 weeks, 9.8kg more to go
from Fat to Fit
78.8 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

How do u know ur bodyfat percentage

There are some body fat calculators online they are not 100% accurate but they are pretty close.
