Very discouraged. Gained a pound. Not sure if it is the scale or that I actually ate an extra 3500 calories over the last two weeks. My journal shows I did not....so who's lying?
63.0 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
