Bowling yesterday. Today will be treadmill day. June 15; 212 lbs and July 15: 208. A 4 lbs loss in a month so approx. a pound a week. For me I find it to be realistic and reasonable... Let's see what August 15 will look like. At this rate, by Sept 15th I should be 200! I just have to do this. Excited about my new goal
