You are still growing, please follow some professional guidelines. That is not enough calories to be healthy. Eat plenty of protein and your body will thank you by losing weight. Skip the snacks and all junk food.

Double that amount of calories and get some exercise. Your body will thank you for it.

Work out your calories by using TDDE calculator once you done that Eat 1.8- 2.2g of protein per kg of body weight. Your weight loss journey will become so much easy. Also, take progress pictures as it will help do much along the way. All the best my lovely xx
