Have been off the grid for a few months and knew the weight was creeping back. I still continue to exercise at the same level but if the diet isnt maintained and I indulge in a bite of a brownie, a candy bar or that occasional bag of chips the weight starts to return! I can feel in my clothes as I hate that snug fit so I am back to what worked and that is tracking my intake here on FS. Only a few more months until summer so I want to be back to my goal or within 5 lbs of it...
81.9 kg Lost so far: 25.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
