Started a "challenge" with Judy last Monday (Feb . to not eat refined sugar, breads pastas etc. and to train at least 5 days a week. worked well the first week now to keep it going for another 7 weeks. will try to lose 16lbs - 20lbs in total. That will get me to 160.
78.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.8 kg a Week
