I had a good week but not sure why I hadn't lost any weight. I even walked 5.7 kms several times this week. Keeping at it. At least it wasn't a gain.
133.8 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hang in there, it’ll pay off! When I added a lot of walking, I remember a little plateau bc my body was building muscle quickly. I was able to see it in my measurements but not the scale.
