Yet another time, the scale surprises me. No ups or downs. I should be doing even better when I start exercising more often, so that should be one more reason to start :)
60.5 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
