This was an expected gain as I had to go off the super low carb diet due to my health. They told me I'd regain around 5 pounds as I refilled my glycogen stores and tissue fluid. Despite knowing this was going to happen, it was discouraging so I have not been on tracking my food or getting support. But now I am back and I have a revised eating plan approved by my doctor that won't shock my body again into thyroid problems. I begin today!
70.9 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.7 kg a Week

Good Luck with your new plan. Yes, gaining after losing is the pits but hang in there.
