I'm with you both, gals! I keep losing & gaining the same 1 or 2 lbs, & I'm sooo tired of it! So this week I'm determined to eat right, exercise on Tues & Thurs at the YMCA & exercycle in between, & drink lots of water. Then I want to lose at least 10 lbs in March. As I've said before, I want to lose weight slowly, but NOT QUITE this slowly, LOL!
