I am proud of myself and only you can understand me. Two weeks ago, I decided to take my health seriously. No fast food, a balanced diet, exercise every day and go to the gym 5 times a week. I've lost 5lbs since and that's just the beginning.
97.5 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
