I've been drinking cranberry juice because I've had kidney issues. I'm also eating a lot less fruit and vegetables, not being mindful. This sucks!
62.6 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
