Maintenance is interesting. Up a little, down a little, not that I am recording every day. But I have already discovered that I need to weigh myself everyday to keep myself in check. I am on a mission to maintain this loss this time.
62.4 kg Lost so far: 44.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week

That is what I have to do, weigh my self everyday so I know If I need to back off some. I average between 139 to 141. If I get to 142 I will lower my calories that day. It seems to work for me.
