so I fell into a bit of a depression hole and I haven't been back to the gym or meal prepped for work... but because I've been stressed and sad I haven't been eating loads either. I feel like I used to comfort eat but now if I feel down I just get put off my food. I have however been for a bunch of really nice countryside walks. I'm going on holiday in like two weeks and I want to feel nice in my bikini so fingers crossed. trying to get out of this head space and back Into it
