I started with a personal trainer and I’ve been deadlifting and gaining muscle. I noticed the past 2 weeks I stayed the same (around 251) so it’s nice to finally be down another couple pounds and break the 250 mark.
112.9 kg Lost so far: 50.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week
