101 km by bike. weight before meals. OMAD 🙏. I almost achieved my goal ✊🏻! Lost 44 kg since January 2023! In two days I'm going on a 50 km hike in the mountains. There I will fix the result again!
90.5 kg Lost so far: 43.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
