No change since yesterday. Not overly surprised: I think I had too much protein yesterday (aiming for ~150g, got nearly 200). That, and I came down with a cold, so everything's happening at half speed, and I'm getting up off the couch a whole lot less often.
117.1 kg Lost so far: 24.0 kg.    Still to go: 37.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
