not really a help lol but overnight weetabix are far tastier in my opinion. done the same way but add protein pudding

I have overnight oats several times a week and love them. This is my recipe
40g oats
20g smooth whole earth peanut butter
5g crushed, roasted hazelnuts
100g frozen berries
100g Yeo valley fat free vanilla yogurt
Layer up in this order in a large jam jar. Add a little water to the oats. I buy summer fruits or Black Forest fruits (which are so good) from any supermarket. You can use crunchy peanut butter but I like making my own roasted hazelnuts. 424 calories. Hope this helps.
