I weigh in every day to know the average for the month as during the period weight tends to fluctuate due to water retention. The trend in weight loss/gain is really clear if I look at it as a whole month. I also check the basic measurements (neck, waist, hips) every week because muscle is heavier than fat and when I do strength exercises, the weigh is going down slower, but the quality of the body is changing. This method works for me well. I hope this was helpful 🤗💗

I found that weighting on daily basis may upset as also any effort put in it may stay on the same level or even increase overnight 😆. Not the best encouragement to continue path chosen. However - personally for me it allowed to figure out factors affecting weight loss positively and correct lifestyle accordingly - if not loose weight further than at least to fix lowest mark reached until next time I get into active slimming mood. Personally for me it was sufficient early sleep and frequent visits to sauna/steamroom what helped the best to keep the weight down, however now need to add more activities - after "pillow" from belly removed. ☺️

As your weight fluctuates, I always weigh once a week to keep my focus 😄
