Quite miffed, how do you put on weight when following paleo?? I have been through my food diaries and I have been over calorie wise but I didn't think it was enough to gain. Still going to cross fit 2 x weekly as well as Yoga 3 times a week and a decent some thing else but it is easy to get annoyed when you think your doing pretty well most of the time.
122 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 37 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
