I think I accidentally deleted my last journal entry? so I haven't updated my calorie intake in about a week (oops). But I've just done a healthy shop for the week and am going to commit to meal prepping for work so that I'm not eating nachos & meal deals from Sainsbury's everyday. I went for a kayak the other morning and I'm going to try and push myself to go back to the gym tomorrow finally. I had a game of illuminated frisbee on the park with some friends in the early hours of this morning though and I've got to say it was a fun run around :p
