Crap! I knew there was a reason I did not want to weight myself this morning....gained a pound:{ Ok, today is the day I really have to buckle down and start eating ALL the right things again. If I want to lose now 7 pounds I have to work harder and I don't think I can encrease my workouts seeing how I am already doing two a day. So, it's back to watching what I eat. Although I do need to find a way to add some more strength training. I don't think my every other day 40 minute yoga is enough. Hmmm, need to think about this and what I can do. Any suggestions??
