That's odd, the scale went down. So I gain three pounds this week and right before I weigh I lose the weight. I don't know what my bodies is thinking this last week. O'well, happy it is back down and just have to stay on top of it. I did not get to workout this morning and have a major headache now and don't really feel like doing anything. I am sure I will force myself to do it but right now it is not looking good. Just a few workds ago I was talking about staying on top of it all and now I am trying to flack out. Lol, no wonder my body is confused as to what to do. Have a great Monday
