I have gained two pounds since the last time I weighed in. I am not sure if it is fat, muscle, water??? Anyways, I don't plan on restricting my calories but I am going to add a Walk Away the Pounds 2 mile walk with a weighted belt in the evenings 5 days a week and see if that kelps. I have not noticed any change in my clothes but I will have to pay for attention to that a little better. Saturday and Sunday morning my oldest so and I went on a mommoy and me canp out. We had a grea time together. Well, all except for sleeping out in a ten that did not shut in the front or back and bugs were free to rome in and out along with the taranchulas and mice we saw. Needless to say, it was not a good night! Mother's Day was nice and relaxing after I got home and showered and we had a wonderful day. Hope all the mothers had a great Mother's Day and a great weekend.
