Bleh... Tom is kicking in so I'm feeling wretched! Big and lumpy and bloated...trying to battle it with drinking loads and will need to limit salt.

Problem is in traveling to Germany for the next two days, I hate being out of control of my food during this time in particular. Pff...
54.3 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Remember that two days different from your pattern wouldn't matter that much. It even gives your body a kick when you start eating your schedule again after those days. I would freak out too but see it as your cheat days!

@snnbn, thanks for our feedback :) I've been an active low carber for three years, and its true a few days very rarely make any impact (unless of course I go totally off the rails). I actively have a few higher calorie/carb days from time to time exactly to recharge - unfortunately I've had to have had a few of those lately which is whats irritating me.
