Just made a little over10000 steps yesterday. Had a major data issue that kept me tied to the desk, and training, so no brisk walks for my breaks. Still on a downward trend for wrought loss. will see how I do for Supper Bowl weekend. Will be traveling to my son and daughter-in-law's place. Fortunately they are healthy eaters and active. ..it will be the 3 hour drive that will be the test, and getting my 10000 steps in, too. Off to the gym. TGIF! :)
