How true. I'm actually surprised, though I was starving earlier, I ate a normal breakfast and it seemed to satisfy me. So, hopefully the hunger won't be as bad today. My elbow tendonitis is healing quickly now, I expect I can return to my shoulder raises in a week or so, albeit at a lighter weight, to help strengthen things.
