The older I get, the less I want to eat, so Intermittent Fasting is working fine for me. It's slow for me, but I don't really have to think about what I can and can't eat. I just don't eat anything after 6 PM or before 10 AM. My husband and I go out for lunch every day and I try to get something with protein and preferably not fried (at least not all the time) and I have a snack around 5 PM, then I'm not hungry the rest of the day. It's really changed my life since I used to be hungry all the time!
