Yesterday I decided I wanted junk food so I ate and ate and ate the junk food and am now paying for it. Sucks, but that is what I get. I know better. Gained a pound no big surprise.

This week I am going to exercise daily.
Make sure the house is clean.
No eating after 730pm.
Goal weight of 160 by Friday.
73.9 kg Lost so far: 41.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

the junk food wars. You did what you did. However, it doesn't sound like you are beating yourself up for it and that is very positive. Your post sounds very "matter-of-fact." Good for you!! I know you can get back on track, you have done it many times before!!

It seems something is in the air here on FatSecret the past couple weeks! I too have been guilty of pigging out on junk food. It's an endless battle for me. But as long as I pick myself up, dust myself off, and get back on the weight loss track the next day, I seem to make out ok. We all have slip-ups. We're only human!

It is matter of fact. I dont feel guilty. Maybe I should, lol. I think part of my problem is I eat it all in one day because I dont want to eat it everyday. I need to change that. I dont have to eat it all and I dont have to eat it everyday either, there has to be a happy medium. Sometimes I think I have a problem getting to my goal. Like I subconsciously dont want to be there. But oh well I will just have to get over that, lol.

You need at least 1 pig out day a week ( in moderation of course). How else do you think I was as successful as I was without going nuts!

I love indiehjarta's post!!! By the way ... you were on the "doing well" part of the website today. I keep looking for myself there and havent' seen myself yet. What a boost ... struggling yet doing well!!
