If you do a search for carb flu there are some very legitimate writings that discuss the process that can occur when going from burning carbs to burning fat - I guess it can vary a lot for many. Each time I start low carbing I get a headache and an odd lightheaded fog. Dopey feeling and aching muscles. Some of that can be related to the immediate fluid dump that the body starts and can actually be a lack of sodium (and dehydration if not keeping up with the water. Thanks so much for taking the time to post.. i LOVE not having cravings! So many things i could control in life but when eating carbs i feel so out of control. Bad choice after bad choice. SO glad to be done with that! :)
