Ok so I actually went up a bit more than this on the scales. I think 91.7 ish. Yeah so much for smashing goals. I’m so inconsistent.
Last night I had pizza. Plus everything else I ate. I went to the gym last night to try and undo some of the damage. I really enjoyed it. Some good tunes and lifting heavy stuff. I should do it more often.
91.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 26.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.8 kg a Week

Definitely after a workout in the gym is always refreshing physically and mentally make you sleep well too

Small step at a time. My wife and I got one of those cheeky brother pizza’s and cooked half and left half in the fridge, so we could only have 2 pieces each. We threw in a bowl of salad and had some Greek Yoghurt with a table spoon of protein powder for desert. It worked a treat and I love pizza, could eat a whole one easily. 😉

I was offered a slice of meat lovers pizza last night with a can of Bundy rum but I knocked the offer back. My new thinking of meat lovers pizza is fat on fat and that’s that. The micro nutrients say it all. Stay away from pizza. Rum on the other hand……………

Depends where you live, but we buy low carb pizza at only 614 calories for the whole pizza. I have lost 40kg (88 pounds) while eating pizza at least three times a week.
