So I stopped watching what I ate and went up to 190 but have started using My Fitness Pal 12 days ago and have lost 6lbs (some water weight I'm sure). I log my food every day now and make sure I stay under my limit. I'll update here occasionally.
83.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.1 kg a Week
