Weight seems to have gone up but back at where my stable level seems to be at around 54 kilos, which is my goal weight. So either yesterday's weigh in was just a momentary fluctuation this will just need to be seen in the coming weeks. Overall I am happy with my weight and my body, a bit more down wouldn't hurt but I'd like to be at a weight that I can also maintain.
