The right time to weigh yourself
I had a bit of a 'what is the point of this' moment, as I had been sticking to calories and had increased steps, yet my weight had gone up. I was so disheartened. I wanted to give up and just eat all the junk food I could. Then I did some research. Throughout the day your weight will change and go up and down. The best time to weigh yourself is in the morning, when you wake up. I tried this theory this morning, and I weigh almost 700grams less than I do in the evening. I don't feel like giving up any more. If you feel unsure about something, research it and try and get a more broad idea of what is actually going on.
